Propel takes new graduates and consultants from foundational to associate level on SAP SuccessFactors. Run by instructors with at least four years in real delivery — not classroom theory.

The problem we saw

We built Propel because we needed it ourselves.

MENA has an acute shortage of SAP SuccessFactors consultants. Training providers teach generic HR systems. SAP's own training is product-deep but practice-thin. The talent volume the region needs isn't being produced.

Propel started as our internal academy. We opened it externally because the gap isn't ours alone to fix.

The method

Built around the way real delivery actually happens.

Theory + delivery, in that order

Every session combines product theory with a real Raptors delivery example. Trainees work in a sandbox tenant. Every module ends with a competency assessment scored against the same rubric we use for our own consultants.

Instructor profile

All instructors hold active SAP certifications and have a minimum of four years in live delivery. The people teaching are the people still doing the work.

Class size

Twelve maximum per cohort. The size that keeps the room interactive and the assessment honest.

Format

Hybrid — Cairo HQ delivery on cohort days, remote on the rest. Recordings persist for the trainee's cohort window.

Languages

English across all modules; Arabic on the foundational layer for trainees building their consulting vocabulary.

Assessment

Competency-based, not attendance-based. Trainees earn the Propel certificate by demonstrating capability — not by sitting in seats.

Short-form submission plus a screening interview. Foundational requires a degree and demonstrated interest in SAP. Associate requires foundational completion or equivalent prior experience.
