Privacy Statement

Effective 1 May 2026

This Privacy Statement explains how Raptors Technology ("Raptors", "we", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit raptors.tech, when you contact us, or when we deliver SAP services to your organisation. It applies to information processed by Raptors as a data controller. When we process personal data on behalf of an enterprise client during a project, that client is the controller and our role is governed by the engagement agreement and a separate data processing addendum.

Who we are

Raptors Technology operates as an SAP Gold Partner registered in Egypt with delivery hubs serving the wider MENA region. Our headquarters address and contact details are listed at the end of this statement.

Information we collect

We collect personal data in three contexts.

When you visit our website, we collect technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location derived from IP. This is collected through standard web analytics for the purpose of operating and improving the site.

When you submit a form or send us an email, we collect the information you provide — typically name, company, email, phone number, and the substance of your enquiry. We use this data to respond to your enquiry and, if appropriate, to follow up about Raptors services.

When we deliver an SAP project for your organisation, we may process personal data of your employees and end-users as a processor on your behalf. The categories, purposes, and safeguards for that processing are defined in the engagement agreement and data processing addendum signed for each project.

How we use the information

We use the data described above to respond to your enquiry, to fulfil contractual obligations under engagement agreements, to provide ongoing application management services, to comply with legal obligations, to operate and secure our website, and — where you have given consent — to send relevant updates about Raptors services.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data for automated decision-making with legal effects.

Sharing with third parties

We share personal data only with parties who need it to deliver our services to you: our hosting and infrastructure providers, our SAP Cloud ALM tooling, our communication and collaboration platforms, our subcontractors under written agreements with equivalent data protection obligations, and government authorities where required by law.

When personal data is transferred outside Egypt or the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we apply contractual safeguards consistent with Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and Saudi PDPL.

Data retention

We retain enquiry and contact data for two years from last interaction unless a longer period is required by law or by an active engagement. Project data processed on behalf of clients is retained per the engagement agreement and returned or deleted at engagement end.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion subject to legal retention requirements, to object to direct marketing, and to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for analytics and to remember preferences. Detail and controls are set out in our Cookie Policy.

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we process, including encryption in transit, access controls, vendor due diligence, and incident response procedures.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated through the website and, where appropriate, by email.
