These terms cover the website only. Engagement terms — covering scope, deliverables, intellectual property, fees, warranties, and dispute resolution for SAP services we deliver — are governed by the separate engagement letter and statement of work signed between Raptors and the client for each project.

You may access and view content on raptors.tech for personal and business research purposes. You may share links, quote content with attribution, and download materials we have explicitly made available for download.

You may not reverse-engineer the site, attempt to bypass security measures, scrape content for resale, use the site to distribute malware, or impersonate Raptors employees or representatives.

The Raptors Technology name, logo, and product names — including PreFlight, Time Connector, Tawasol, and the nábd suite — are trademarks of Raptors Technology. We grant no licence to use Raptors trademarks or content beyond ordinary fair use without prior written consent.
